WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
Spain:
- Minimum order of €350
- The minimum order for free shipping is €350.
- Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the total order volume. Fragile and heavy items such as standing mirrors, hammocks, and parasols are excluded.
- Delivery times vary depending on the order volume. They usually range between 2 and 3 business days.
Europe:
- Minimum order of €500
- Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the final order volume.
- Free shipping on orders over €1500. Fragile and heavy products such as standing mirrors, hammocks and parasols are excluded.
- Delivery times vary depending on the order volume. They usually range between 4 and 7 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- Domestic shipping (Spain): Between 1-3 business days (Approximately 4 to 10 days in the case of the Islands).
- Shipping to Portugal: Between 3-5 business days.
- International Shipping: 4 to 7 business days.
The shipping period begins once the order has left our warehouses and the customer is notified as shipped.

Therefore, products purchased on pre-order will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page and delivered within the timeframe stated above after receiving confirmation that the package has been shipped.*

Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have 48-72 hours from receipt of the order to make a return.
Customers may exchange or return any item purchased from Flamingueo, provided the products are unopened and unused, and retain their original seal or packaging. Please note that Flamingueo inspects each returned product; if it does not meet the stated conditions, no refund will be issued. Some products are subject to specific return policies, which are indicated on the product page.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped, in which case Flamingueo will be responsible for the corresponding costs.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
We work very hard and do everything possible to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If any product is delivered with a defect or damage, the customer should contact our customer service department at wholesale@flamingueo.com so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. The deadline for reporting a defect caused by the carrier is 48-72 hours from delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is possible to cancel an order, provided the cancellation is communicated to and approved by our team before the order has been prepared for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at wholesale@flamingueo.com, indicating your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has already been prepared or is in the hands of the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

Forks! We ship worldwide. However, some exceptions may apply to certain countries. You can check this directly on the payment details screen, along with shipping costs.

Please note that Flamingueo checks each of the products that are returned, if they do not meet the conditions indicated the amount will not be refunded. Some items may be subjected to special returning conditions indicated on its product page.
