Spain

  • Minimum order: €350
  • Free shipping on orders over €350.
  • For orders containing standing mirrors, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the order process.
  • Large items (umbrellas, hammocks, etc.) are excluded from standard shipping conditions.

Payment terms:

  • The first order must be paid in advance.
  • Subsequent orders can be paid within 30 days via SEPA, provided they are approved by our credit insurance.

Incidents:

  • These must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.
  • We respond to any incident within 24/48 hours.

Logistics:

  • Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours, provided that stock is available in our warehouse.
  • We provide digital material for social media through our Digital Kit.

Restrictions:

  • The sale of Flamingueo products on marketplaces such as Miravia, Amazon, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, or similar is prohibited.
  • Flamingueo does not operate under the dropshipping model. We are a wholesale company, so it is necessary to comply with the minimum order requirements.

Balearic Islands

  • Same conditions as in mainland Spain.
  • Shipping surcharge: €50.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

  • Minimum order: €800.
  • Shipping surcharge: €50.

Europe

  • Minimum order: €500
  • Shipping cost: calculated automatically based on the order volume.
  • Free shipping on orders over €1,500, except for fragile or heavy products (mirrors, hammocks, umbrellas).

Payment terms:

  • The first order must be paid in cash, except in very specific cases authorized at 30 days and previously reviewed by our Crédito y Caución insurance.

Incidents:

  • Must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.
  • We respond to any incident within 24/48 hours.

Logistics:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the order volume, generally between 4 and 7 business days.
  • We provide digital material for social media through our Digital Kit.

Restrictions:

  • The sale of Flamingueo products is prohibited on marketplaces such as Miravia, Amazon, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, Maisons du Monde, among others.
  • Flamingueo does not operate under the dropshipping model; sales are made exclusively wholesale, meeting the minimum order requirements. Portugal is subject to the conditions of sale in Spain.
