Returns

Exchanges or returns:

Flamingueo guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated to and approved by our team before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of 48-72 hours from receipt of the order to return the purchased products. The customer must notify the Flamingueo team within the stipulated period and via wholesale@flamingueo.com of their desire to exercise their right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued to Flamingueo, with the customer bearing the return costs.

The return period for orders placed during the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 5) will be extended until January 13, 2025, or 15 days from receipt if this results in a longer period than indicated.

The customer may return any item purchased from Flamingueo as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Please note that Flamingueo checks each of the products that are returned, and if they do not meet the conditions indicated, the amount will not be refunded. If the return meets the conditions, Flamingueo will refund the money for the products corresponding to the order, but in no case will it refund the money for the shipment already made to the customer's address, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer must pay the shipping costs to our offices. Once the product has been checked and provided it meets the above requirements, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product.

Returns will be checked within a maximum of 10 working days, starting from the working day after delivery to our warehouse.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered due to an error by Flamingueo or is broken or damaged, it will be collected and the correct or new product will be delivered at no additional cost to the buyer, provided that the fifteen-day period from the date of purchase has not expired.

In this case, the customer must write to hola@flamingueo.com attaching photos and details of the problem with the product.

If the package is held at the shipping office for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer has not requested or collected it, the cost of the products will be refunded, but under no circumstances will the shipping costs be refunded. If the customer wants the product to be sent again, they must place a new order as the previous one will be returned.

In the following cases, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the products, but under no circumstances will the shipping costs be refunded:

  • The package is held at the destination office for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer has not requested or collected it.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, and we have not received a response from the customer.

Late returns will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds will be accepted when the return is approved by our sales team. The customer has the same time frame as for a return, i.e., 48-72 hours from receipt of the order. The refund will be processed within 7 business days and, depending on the bank, it may take up to 14 days for the money to appear in the account.
